Objective. Experienced. Discreet.

How organizations respond when allegations of inappropriate workplace behavior arise reflects their values and has the potential to influence employee morale, culture and public opinion. Investigations that are managed internally often face several challenges: employees routinely perceive them as biased, HR professionals have a vested interest in protecting the important working relationships they have with client groups and organizations often don’t have the resources or skill sets they need to conduct time-sensitive and often highly complex investigations. Whether your organization is looking to outsource all of your employee relations investigations or you need an external expert to discreetly step in when a complaint arises, Artixan Investigations can help.

Our Investigators are seasoned attorneys who have previously worked at top employment law firms, as in-house counsel at Fortune 500 companies and as senior HR and compliance professionals. They are licensed to practice in NY, NJ, PA and CA, including Association of Workplace Investigators certificate holders (AWI-CH), and we also have HR professionals with extensive investigations experience. Our team has conducted hundreds of impartial investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower complaints and other areas of employee misconduct in a variety of industries including pharma, tech, financial services, not-for-profit, media and hospitality. We also regularly train and advise HR professionals on best practices and skill building for conducting workplace investigations.
